Terms of Service

We enforce a strict policy to create the best customer experience for you, and to protect our business. By making a booking with derm360º, you have read and agreed to the following policy.

Deposits and Making a Booking via Fresha​

  • You must submit your card details at time of booking on Fresha (when booking online) to secure your appointment. If you have not confirmed within 24 hours, your appointment will be cancelled.

  • For any cosmetic injectables consultations, the £20 fee is redeemable against your chosen treatment. If after the consultation, you decide not to go ahead with the treatment, £20 is chargeable in full.

  • For free discovery calls when making a booking, you have not been charged. The card on file will only be charged in the case the booking policy has not been met.

The Fresha booking terms are as follows:

  • Any late cancellations within 72 hours before your appointment is due to start, will incur a 50% charge for the service. This will be automatically deducted from your card on file.​

  • Any no-shows will incur a 100% charge for the service. This will be automatically deducted from the card on file. You will also be blocked from making future bookings. A no-show is classed as any cancellations on the day of scheduled appointment.

Lateness

  • Please arrive to your appointment in a timely manner, as this risks your appointment running into the next time-slot.

  • Please factor in travel times and be considerate of our time.

  • Please only arrive for the appointment time given. We work on an appointment only basis so you will only be invited in at your given time slot.

  • There is a 10 minute grace period. If you fail to arrive on time for your booking, your appointment will be cancelled. Your card on file will be charged 100% of the service fee.

£10 redemption voucher (from Google reviews)

  • This is only redeemable once on purchases of at least £100 value.

  • Proof of review must be shown.

  • You can only redeem this voucher once.

  • It is up to our discretion whether we award the voucher to you.

  • We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time, without prior notice.

Clinical Treatments Policy (including cosmetic injectables and skin treatments)

  • Eligibility

    You must be 18 years of age or older to receive any clinical treatments. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if you do not meet this requirement. Please bring valid form of identification when attending your booking (drivers license, passport). Failure to provide valid ID at time of booking will result in cancellation of appointment, you will still be liable to pay for the treatment in full.

  • Consultation
    A full consultation is required at least a week ahead of receiving any treatments. During this consultation, we will assess your medical history, discuss your treatment goals, and ensure that the procedure is suitable for you. You must provide accurate and honest information regarding your health and medical history to ensure your safety. Non-compliance will result in your insurance being void.

  • Informed Consent

    By proceeding with the treatment, you acknowledge that you have been fully informed about the procedure, potential risks, side effects, and aftercare. You give your informed consent to receive a clinical treatment, and you understand that results may vary. Photographs before and after procedures will be taken for insurance purposes.

  • Medical Contraindications

    Certain medical conditions, medications, or allergies may prevent you from safely receiving a clinical treatment and void your insurance with us. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions or medications during the consultation. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe the procedure may pose a risk to your health.

  • Post-Treatment Care

    After receiving a treatment, you will be provided with aftercare instructions. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions to ensure optimal results and avoid complications. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or complications that result from failure to follow the recommended aftercare.

  • Side Effects and Risks

    While treatments are generally safe, there are potential risks and side effects associated with the treatment, including but not limited to bruising, swelling, redness, infection, and asymmetry. Results are not guaranteed, and additional treatments may be required to achieve the desired outcome. By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and accept these risks. All details are provided on the informed medical consent form shared through Faces Consent. 

  • Refunds

    No refunds will be provided for treatments that have been completed, and we are not responsible for any dissatisfaction with the results that do not meet your expectations or results obtained by poor aftercare. If you are unhappy with results, this must be addressed before you leave the premises. By leaving the premises, you are accepting satisfaction with your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse corrections or further treatments if this clause is not met.

  • Regulatory Compliance

    All treatments are carried out by qualified practitioners in accordance with UK regulations. Our clinic adheres to all health and safety guidelines set by the UK regulations, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.

  • Liability

    derm360º is not liable for any adverse effects, dissatisfaction, or complications that occur following treatment unless caused by the direct negligence or error of our practitioners.

  • Modifications to Treatments and Terms

    derm360º reserves the right to modify or change the terms and conditions related to treatments at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you prior to treatment.

  • Cosmetic injectables:
    Longevity of cosmetic injectables depends on lifestyle. Active lifestyle can contribute to faster metabolism, requiring more frequent sessions to maintain desired results. Relevant cosmetic injectables will require medical information being shared with a registered prescriber/pharmacy to obtain prescription products; by completing your informed medical consent form, you give us permission to share this information. 

  • In the unlikely event of an adverse reaction, please contact the clinic in a matter of urgency. You can find our details on the 'Contact Us' page. We will aim to rectify the with utmost priority.

Action Plan (for all skin related services) Policy

 

All recommendations and advice have been given after a full medical background check. We do not replace doctors’ advice. Any concerns or possible contraindications are to be checked with your registered doctor.

 

By beginning your skin plan with derm360º™, you have agreed with the following terms and conditions. If there is a breach of contract, you understand that your plan will be terminated, and all future appointments will be cancelled.

 

  • Please attend your appointment with clean, makeup-free skin. Do not apply skincare products any earlier than 2 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Any persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • Supplements are not a replacement or substitute for a balanced diet.

  • This plan is not a diagnostic tool, all suggestions are made based off symptoms experienced. If in doubt, always consult your registered doctor for a full panel or functional testing.

  • Any new skincare products must be patch tested behind the ear for 24 hours prior to use, to eliminate chances of ingredient intolerance.

  • You understand that a change in routine may cause a temporary reaction. You will follow your skin routine as regimented in this action plan, to receive full benefits with minimal side effects.

  • You understand that incorrect use may result in adverse reactions, and due to the variable nature of skin, your results may vary.

  • Photos are taken for insurance and progress-tracking purposes. Should you wish for your images to be deleted from our files once your treatment plan comes to an end, please let us know. Images may be used for marketing purposes, should you wish to opt out, please let us know in written communication.

  • You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to contact derm360º™ in the unlikely event that your action plan does not progress as expected. You are required to book a chargeable check-in appointment under these circumstances.

  • Failure to comply with the action plan as regimented may result in your plan being terminated.

  • The use of any products which we have advised against, is your responsibility. You understand that our insurance will not cover you for negligence and we reserve the right to terminate your plan.

  • By providing us information, you have agreed to be as truthful and accurate as possible and have not withheld information that may be relevant to your consultation. This includes all health conditions, medications, allergies, and intolerances. derm360º cannot be held responsible for any reactions resulting from undisclosed information.

  • Any missed appointments or reschedule requests within the 72-hour period will be allowed once, without fee, out of goodwill. Future no-shows/short notice reschedule requests will result in a 100% charge of the service under all circumstances.

  • It is your responsibility to inform derm360º™ of any changes to your medical record. Withholding information will void your insurance with us.

  • You understand that derm360º™ reserves the right to refuse services on the basis of untoward behaviour.

  • Our 1:1 WhatsApp support is available for quick questions and general support. For more in-depth concerns or, if you’d like to make amendments to your action plan, please book a check-in appointment.

  • WhatsApp support is available only for clients with an active plan who are attending regular check-in appointments. We’re unable to provide support if follow-up appointments are not being attended regularly.

  • Client action plans/other documents will be available to view on Google Drive. They will be deleted from our system after 6 months from your last scheduled check-in.

  • The free check-in period can be redeemed for up to 6 weeks after your initial consultation. Your first check in after this period is chargeable at the standard rate.

  • Any skin treatments or services not provided by derm360º during your plan, are not covered by our insurance and may interfere with your treatment plan. We are not responsible for any negative reactions resulting from these services and reserve the right to terminate your plan under these circumstances.

Virtual Appointments (in addition to the above section)

  • When making a virtual booking, a Google Meet link will be sent to the email address provided on our booking system, for the scheduled date and time.

  • Prior to your appointment, please send clear photos of your side and front profiles highlighting your skin concerns.

  • Please be seated in a quiet, well-lit room with a clean, make-up free face. 

 

Working Hours 

Your skin consultant can be contacted via WhatsApp (+447734425275) at any point after receiving your action plan for 1:1 support, should you have any other questions or queries. Our WhatsApp support is available for quick questions and general support. For more in-depth concerns or, if you’d like to make amendments to your action plan, please book a check-in appointment.

 

Tuesday to Friday 10am to 6pm

Saturday 10am to 2pm

Sunday and Monday – closed
